Elle has been so supportive through my lash experience. She went out of her way to work around my schedule, which is so thoughtful. She did everything she could to get me in! During our appointment, she kept me comfortable, kept me informed and made me feel so good about myself. She has such a bubbly personality which is definitely needed for this career! I have been able to reach out to her with any questions with her responding within a reasonable time. She truly cares about you and your wants/needs. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and then completely exceeded my expectations. My lashes came out absolutely flawless ,full, lightweight, and perfectly styled to fit my eye shape. What I love most is her attention to detail and how gentle she is during the process. I was so comfortable I could have fallen asleep, and when I left, I felt instantly more confident and beautiful.
