I am growing out my undercut with very damaged bleached ends. My stylist listened to what I wanted to fix and came up with a hair cut that would get rid of a lot of the damages hair, blend the layers of my undercut, and keep a good amount of length. My hair is very thin and much of it was so damaged. Now it feels so soft! The style and cut hit all the criteria and looked good! I like it so much more than what I had and it's given my confidence back. The shampoo and scalp massage was also fantastic!! The ambiance was lovely and welcoming. The price was very reasonable, and I will definitely be going back!

I needed a change and Hartleigh did such an amazing job with my hair! I will definitely be coming back to her when the time comes again. She was so sweet and even told me they do color-correction (which I will hopefully be able to get done before my wedding)

I’ve been coming to this salon for over 10 years. It is wonderful. The prices are competitive, but the experience is superior. The staff does not take short cuts. They do the experience right every time. Norma is my stylist. She is a genius with scissors. She stays up to date on trends and advises me on how to feel like myself but stay modern. I love my salon days. The small environment is perfect. I always take some time to shop their curated selection of hair care, makeup, jewelry, and clothes. I’m going to be a lifelong client.

I really wanted to have a good experience here, but unfortunately I left extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and communication. I went in on Saturday for a partial highlight and immediately mentioned that my hair looked darker than I expected. I even said during the appointment, “Why do I feel so dark?” I never asked to go darker, and I’ve always been very clear that I prefer brighter blonde. Because I wasn’t happy with the result, I returned on Monday expecting a correction — not a brand-new service. I was never informed ahead of time that correcting the darkness (which I didn’t ask for) would be an additional charge. Brandi is by far one of the best hair stylists I have ever had! She completely transformed my look with hair extensions, and I am so happy with the way it turned out. She took the time to ensure that my color matched perfectly to the extensions and it blends so seamlessly that people don’t even realize I have extensions. I have gotten so many complements. She was thorough and patient in the installation, and made sure she got it just the way I wanted it. I also want to give a shout out to another hair stylist at Ella Rain - Elysia, who helped Brandi with adding some additional extensions in a few spots where I needed them, and was there to give lots of expert advice.
