Ella, El Beauty Salon

I took my little sister in today for a haircut. I always ask for a U-Cut for her. I walk in everything is good, seems like a decent place. A hair stylist takes her in I explain I want U-cut and showed her my desired length. She agree and begins. Mid way through hair cut I notice my sister has chin face framing bangs, I immediately confront her and tell her politely was was her hair from her mid back all the way to her chin without asking. In a rude tone she proceeds to say that’s the point of U cut. Never had anyone ever cut that short of her for a 8 year old. She becomes very defensive and states seems like I don’t know what a U cut is. Never once did she appologize, I pressed her work from the back, I let her know she’s to small to be having suck adult features, she finishes, did not app
