They truly have everything you could need in one place, from hair and nails to eyelashes, and even a makeup artist. Every visit feels like a treat, and I always leave feeling great. Highly recommend!

Bad customer service, bad attitude and they charged me twice to redo the hair cut because the lady who cut it left it un even because she was too lazy to wash my my daughters hair. She misted it with a spray bottle. If it was extra to wash it she could of ask first. I still ended up paying more for them to do it twice. The lady in charge just defended her and told me that she has many years experience. It didn’t look like it.

No vengas aquí. No gastaría mi tiempo ni mi dinero aquí. Pedí un pelo ombré claro. cuando revisé la parte de atrás después de lavarme el pelo me di cuenta del mal trabajo que Diana hizo conmigo. Me puse en contacto con ella y le pregunté si podía arreglarlo. Ella dijo que sí y luego no me envió un mensaje de texto sobre cuándo podría ser cita. Luego le pedí que me diera algún tipo de reembolso porque el trabajo que hizo fue horrible y ya no quería que lo arreglara porque no quería que volviera a hacer un mal trabajo. Ella nunca respondió. Cuando entré en el salón para obtener un presupuesto, debería haber vuelto a salir porque había otra cliente allí con el que había trabajado el día anterior y regresó para decirle que el color que le puso es completamente diferente de lo que le preguntó.
