I’ve tried to give this salon so many chances. This is the second time they are rude and just rush. If your to busy and trying to run home bc it’s late already let the costumer know instead of trying to make money off me and have me waiting 25min to do a shitty job. No need for smirking and little comments. I’m very reasonable. I got a gel pedicure today and the older lady rushed it basically didn’t let the blue light finish curing the gel. Painted my toes terribly you can tell there missing spots. Just not the service I expected.

I came first and wanted to do a gel pedicure. A white teenager came after me and wanted to do a fill. The worker guided me to the seat but then went ahead to do the girl who came after me first. She made me wait 30 min and not once did she bother to let me know what was going on. Why is she doing a customer who arrived later first and without any explanation? In the end, she sent another worker to do my gel pedicure after the 30 minute wait time. This is not acceptable behavior and it was not the first time this happened with this worker. Won’t be coming back here

Great place for nails 💅 and other beauty services. Coming here for years, I’m always happy with the service. Kind, skilled and friendly technicians. Clean establishment.

Absolutely terrible place with no respect to your time. I walked in to make an appt for the next day. Next day comes and I go at my scheduled time. She tells me pick a color. I look over and see there is no one available for me so I ask how long will I be waiting. She literally ignored me and I continued to ask an additional two more times for her to finally acknowledge me and say I can’t say maybe 20 minutes not sure. Awful place.

People who complain about the price should have asked up front, of course gel pedicure is not a regular pedicure and will cost more. I get a gel manicure every three weeks, love the staff and the environment there. My nails looks flawless every time! I started doing this for myself as part of taking care of me plan, you should try it too!
