Excellent stylists! Bill makes my hair look great every time, and that's hard to do as I have fine, straight as a board, wispy hair. Josh does great perms. All the stylists have special talents, you can get what you ask for. Vicky is super friendly and does whatever she can do assure you can get what. Great lines of products, too! Bill has been my stylist since 1990, except for a couple years he moved out of town. He even did my hair for my wedding 28 wonderful years ago! Josh did my hair today while Bill is recuperating. Great job with everything! Josh is doing a fabulous job juggling Bill's customers into his really busy schedule. Thanks for going the extra miles Josh!!! Best salon in Columbia!

Shoutout to stylist Ben Lee for going above and beyond in my first appointment at Ell! I have had a rocky hair journey trying to get 2 years of black box dye out of my hair. Ben did two rounds of color correction, gave me the highlights I requested, and also managed to do a layered cut and the best curly hair styling I've ever had, all in 4 hours. He even helped me out as a (broke) college student and gave me a generous discount. I so appreciate him for giving me hair I love! If you need color correction, go to Ben Lee!!

I spent the most relaxing, rejuvenating, blissful day at Ell with Leslie. I had a facial, massage, manicure, and pedicure...4 hours of the most pampered I have been in years. Immediately upon entering I was greeted warmly and treated so well the entire time. All of my services were meticulously given and I now know I have found my new retreat. I can’t wait to visit again and have my hair done. Josh...Leslie...and Leslie...you are my new favorite humans.

I got a haircut from Bill and I’ve never been complimented more on my hair! People have interrupted conversations I’m having to tell me they like my haircut. It’s that good. Loved everything about my experience!

Friendly receptionists--very helpful. Jodie was an exceptional stylist !! Honest, straight forward, funny, and a very meticulous stylist. The results were always a collaboration between client and stylist. Very reasonable pricing. Wow. Very eclective and welcoming decorating style. Open spaces, very modern. No clutter. Clean and neat. I felt right at home. Coffee and tea available. Every time I am in Columbia I will go back in a second, soon I hope. Loved my stylist Jodi, and other talented staff. A hidden gem !!!!!
