She's really nice and all but I did not get what I asked for I wanted butt length I came with my own hair and she told me the hair I came with couldn't do butt length like it's knotless braids all you have to do is keep on adding hair until you get the length you want but she just told me that bs at least the parting was good that's the only good thing I got out of that this woman can only do wig/lace installs it was my first and last time going there cause ain't no way I paid money just to not get what I want it's ridiculous plus she kept the leftover hairs didn't even bother giving me the rest back when hair is not even included. WORST FIRST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!

Ran in last minute and she was so helpful especially under the circumstances I was facing,,, all of my hair in front of my head and both sides fell out after I went to a hair salon and got it professionally dyed!!! I needed a quick fix or a wig to put on because I was not going outside with all my hair gone!! She gave me her full attention and made sure I had everything I needed before I left … the prices were affordable and the quality was great!! I definitely will be going back to her .. I went there looking for one wig I ended up buying 2 and 1 for my friend that came with me !!! lol thank you so much I’m so glad gina recommended you!!! And I wanted to add that she didn’t treat me any different because I was white girl looking for wigs!!! Believe me I e been in many saloons where that

Very nice shop,reasonable prices and good inventory. Reminds me of the Beauty Supply stores in Boston. My hometown 😉 I went in for crochet hair and left with crochet hair and a wig 😅 I'll be back lol !

I usually do my hair on occasions and rarely do I return to a hairdresser a 2nd or 3rd time. When I decided to book an appointment and finally get my hair done at Eliza, I asked myself what took me so long. Already did my hair 3 times within the same year. She’s professional, fast, efficient, highly skilled, and her hands are soft. For someone with a sensitive scalp who has literally shed tears at hair salon before, she does a phenomenal job with my hair. She’s gifted 🤷🏾‍♀️I can’t commend her enough.
