I called up like 45 min before they (Saugus Supercuts, 12/24/19 at around 4 pm) close if they could allow walk-in for a quick haircut. However they didn't have anyone to provide the service. Seriously ? What about the person who is on phone ? Never had such an unprofessional experience with Supercuts before.
Laurie did a beautiful job on my brow tint. The salon is very clean and quiet.
