Went to this location on an afternoon with my Mom for facials. We both purchased the exact same treatment, had different people, and one experience was MUCH DIFFERENT than the other. We attempted to contact management to express major concerns and we never received any follow up. I would rather spend double at any other place. I highly recommend going elsewhere and stay far away from this place if you want a spa day.

This was a while ago but they are under the same management. I’ve gone several times for bikini waxes and they were fine. Used a gift certificate for a facial and scalp massage which wasn’t on the menu but was assured they could do this. I’d just survived a horrible ordeal after which my husband was arrested for battery. I desperately needed a little pampering. The tech literally plopped a couple of cold gelatinous blobs of product on my face. She did not warm it up beforehand. Her hands felt cold, weak and flaccid. It felt like she was being forced against her will to be there. After that was over she handed me my jacket, dropped and broke my glasses. There was no scalp massage yet I was not offered the a credit. Nor was there an offer to help fix my glasses. I called the manager leaving

Been going there for 3 years and always receive wonderful service. Very accomodating when I've been stuck in traffic or needed to reschedule. Love their annual sales too.

A customer for over 20 years. Wouldn't consider going elsewhere. Have had superior service from every consultant. They are all good.

Friendly staff excellent service. Love their products. This month they are on sale.
