I hadn't had a real haircut, just the minimal trim, in 4 years after a bad experience at another salon, so this was a big step for me. I have waist-length, thin, fine hair that desperately needed a refresh. I originally booked a wash and cut but decided when I arrived that I only wanted a dry cut, and they made no issue of it at all. Morgan listened carefully and only cut exactly what I asked for, exactly as I asked for it; which I truly appreciated. She was personable, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable. Never felt so mistreated in any other salon experience in my life. I've been going here for years and have had my hair done with several different hair stylist. Always a different experience when it's with color. But they always have liked to play around with my hair type. I guess this was the last time they will have me as customer in their salon. Today was an awful experience and I'm so grateful I got my money back. I walked out with 5 different colors in my hair thanks to your failure to say you can not get me to my desired look. What is so messed up is you canceled an appointment of friend I recommended to your salon just because you guys had the misunderstanding she was my sibling. My trim with Olivia went great! I have curly hair and she worked with it wonderfully. She trimmed it to the length I wanted and shaped it up nicely. Very kind, professional and receptive to feedback.
