I heartily recommend Elite Stretch Therapy. I have been enjoying the benefits of my time spent there over the last 2 years. Six years ago I had a bicycle accident that resulted in a new hip. I’d had lots of physical therapy through the years but still had a lot of discomfort related to the new hip. When I was referred to the clinic, I decided to give it a try. So glad I did! They are very knowledgeable and have improved my comfort level immensely. I found that whenever I pointed out a certain area that was particularly uncomfortable they were able to concentrate there and I left the session feeling much better. Elite Stretch Therapy offers a great way to get your body functional. Through the combination of active stretching and massage/manipulation I've become more stable and flexible. Their knowledge of the body is impressive and leads to quick resolution of aches and pains. I've been able to put off knee replacement surgery in part because of the work we do during my appointments. One caveat: this is not just a "relaxing" massage. It's a method to improve your body with functional massage applications. I often work as much as they do during my sessions. But, the payoff is tremendous!

Finding & Booking my first session with this company is by far one of the most beneficial things I’ve ever done for myself & body. After running into some low back problems I researched and tried everything. This by far has been the best thing I’ve ever done for my body. The entire staff is extremely top notch. You can tell their knowledge and techniques they use comes from years of experience. The best way I can compare the level of body work would have to be what professional athletes receive. Would give 10 stars if possible!
