I purchased a Groupon for a specific service, and I live over an hour away from this location. At no point did they mention that there would be an “evaluation” to determine whether I qualified for the service I already paid for. When I arrived, they looked at me for no more than a few seconds and told me I “did not qualify.” There was no real consultation, no questions about my health, history, or goals, and no professional evaluation of any kind. I was not given any explanation or reasoning. Instead, I was told that I did qualify for a different service—also non-invasive, just like the one I originally chose—but that for it to be “effective,” I would need four additional sessions beyond the two included with my Groupon. I had already planned on getting a package here and they were just so pushy with sales the second you walk through the door throughout your procedure and as you’re leaving, they do not stop. They barely even greeted me when I came in. Now I won’t be buying any packages or returning which is disappointing because I was looking forward to these treatments.

Wonderful med spa experience! The staff was professional and welcoming, the space was clean and relaxing, and the service exceeded my expectations. I felt well cared for and would definitely recommend.

Elite Spa is the best spa in Newton i have had laser hair removal with Dana and shes exceptional i can see the hair is barely growing back which is amazing. Also I did Morpheus8 with Sasha and my skin looks tight and firm. I have an age where I needed this treatment to make my skin glow and feel confident and radiant. The results are unreal and after 3 sessions I look my best. Establishment is clean and punctual filled with kindness i can't recommend a better place to come for multiple services because they have so much to offer!

Just returned from my third visit to the Elite Spa. So happy with my facials with Carly. My skin is so clean and clear. The facials are so relaxing. The rooms are very clean and hygienic. Carly is very knowledgeable and I’m so glad I found her.
