To say that I am disappointed is a huge understatement. I had an awesome experience for my 2nd visit here, a 180 from the 1st visit, that i gushed over it to my DIL. She had a 5pm appointment and was told to come back at 530p, like a walk-in. When she came back at 530p, it was a different person who acted like she had no idea and that my DIL just showed up. To which she was told to come back in 50 minutes! Needless to say, my daughter in law did not get a massage she needed to care for herself and she is not going back to Elite Spa anymore, in anger and disgust, because of how she was treated. This angered me, too. It is plain disgusting and very bad for business. You have lost 2 clients today but maybe you have no need for us, since you seem to double book appointments with your multiple

Great massage today. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. The staff worked all the tension away. Thank you!

My husband and I just left and had an amazing experience! We both were dealing with some back pain and came in as walk-ins. The spa is so clean and staff super friendly. I didn’t even have to tell my problem areas it’s like she felt it and worked the kinks right out. I’ve gone to several massage spots across Columbia and this is def my new fav can’t wait to come back. My only regret was we forgot to get their names but we appreciate both of you ladies! 🤗

Amazing experience. They were nice enough to take a last minute appointment at the end of the day and did an excellent job at making me comfortable throughout the massage. Feeling much better afterwards, and will definitely be coming back!

World class massage. What a gem in quiet little S. Carolina. No hassle credit card transactions. Gia is very skilled and better than most therapists I have encountered around th globle, she does an amazing deep tissue (almost makes me cry), and some Thai style stretching. I almost hesitate to mention her because I don't want her to be busy when I visit!
