Elite Salon spa

I have came here for a pedicure for a few years now. My sister and I came in on Sunday for a French pedicure. I asked the guy in the front desk how much the French pedicure would cost and he said $55 which is what I usually pay. I always like to ask for the price of things and not assume to make sure everyone is on the same page. There was two men that did our pedicure and at the end when I was going to pay they charged me $80 when it was supposed to be $55. I asked the guy in the front desk and he talked to then man that did the pedicure and he said it was a deluxe pedicure. It was the same pedicure I have always received and paid $55 for. I walked in on a Friday morning. I was attended to right away. My service was quick. And my nails were done well. However the tech was very preoccupied with whatever she was watching on her phone. Now, I wasn't looking for conversation but I was a bit put off by being mostly ignored. It was as if she were practicing on a mannequin. Then I was charged $60 for a fill-in. I got plain French tip. I felt that was a bit high. But I'm visiting from the mid-west so maybe prices are different here. All in all I was able to get what I needed done. However, if I were in this city again I wouldn't come here.

I'm a regular here because I enjoy the environment as it's always clean and friendly. They have lots of colour options and lots of nail techs that have great experience depending on what style of nails you are looking for. I always get compliments on my nails so definitely recommend!

Elite spa is really luck to have Steven as a nail technician. He provides quality service taking pride in his work. He is extremely talented, easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor.
