The service is always top-notch—every technician does a fantastic job, no matter who you see. On the rare occasion there's ever a small issue, Melissa is quick to make it right at no extra cost, as long as it's within a reasonable time frame. They did such a great job. I had went to the new place luxe but one of my nails broke and another chipped just after 3 days. I came to Elite and got my toes done and even ended up getting a whole new set of nails, i loved it, everyone was so nice and professional. Thank you Elite Nails!

My first experience here was great so I went back. My second time there made me never want to go back. The nail tech sliced my finger open with the nail file and my actual nails have been burning and in pain since I got them done (almost exactly 24 hours ago). She didn’t clean up my nails very well and sprayed alcohol on my cut and when I told her my nails were hurting she sprayed them again and kept working. I’ll never go back and will be demanding they fix this situation. I wasted $65 on pain and crappy service. Do NOT recommend. UPDATE: They gave me a refund, did not take the nails off I had to get them off on my own. The manager Melissa, spent 10 minutes pushing me to take a gift certificate and I had to repeatedly tell her I just wanted my money back. After she realized I wasn’t going

Manicure tech did great job but my pedicure was horrible mimi didn't know how to shape my toenails square round, I asked for a off white shimmering color she gave me white and clear glitter painted on top, then it was excess all over my toes. I asked her to attempt to fix but she could understand me. So I paid $130 and told manager I was displeased. I already sat there for 2 hours while she attempted a service she couldn't fulfill and left looking like a 2 year old painted my feet. So I will never let them do my feet will go to Zen my usual spot.

Love love love this salon! My nails are always so cute. I show them what I want and they bring it to life. Super sweet and friendly.
