Elite Nails & Spa

This was my first time at this spa. Immediately walking in, there is an old smell of mildew. As I was told to pick a color the nail tech for pedicure rushed me to the chair and told me just pick a color they're all the same. The entire time I felt rushed and the nail tech was very rough. She was also on YouTube on her phone the whole time. When asked what service I wanted, I was dismissed in what all came in the package. Then in the package I got, she didn't even perform all that was listed. I had to ask and keep checking to make sure I was getting what I paid for. I was offered gel polish and I said no thank you as I do not use gel polish. I was then scolded for not wanting gel and told that I don't know what I was talking about. I absolutely love coming here my nails are so beautiful . As well as my daughter’s nails ! This was her first time getting her own done for back to school and she enjoyed herself very much ! I have been doing a building gel and never gone back to acrylic . It’s so much healthier so much more pretty and natural!(: And for My daughter she has her first gel set for kids 😌

Absolutely amazing place, service is great and fast! I come every 2-3 weeks and they are always very friendly and open! Recommend:)
