Elite Nails

I have now visited Elite twice. The first time was a few days before Christmas, for dip and a pedicure. and today. My first set of dip nails were with tips last nearly 4 weeks, my pedicure still looks amazing, and my natural nails stayed healthy underneath. I went back today to get a new dip set done on my natural nails. The staff are very polite, careful in their work, and quick without rushing. I will be going regularly!

I have been going here for the past four years and the quality has slowly gone down over these years. I will never be returning. These are by far the worst snails I have got. two sets ago they put a hard acrylic gel on my tip and every single nail snapped at the nail. they did reimburse me and fix every single one for free but over the sets they have a continuously gotten thicker and harder to function with. My cuticles are totally neglected and I leave the nail salon with a decent Ish looking nails and awful cuticles. My nails look like bubbles. They are not rounded at the shape of a nail. A few of them are just pointing upwards. I do not recommend Overcharge for crappy nails. I paid a total of $69 for these and I feel as if I could’ve bought a Them better

It took me a while to find my go to place, but I am SO happy I did. The services are great, the staff is very accommodating, the facilities are comfortable. I get standard services and have never been pressured to up sell. My manicure always lasts and looks great. I highly recommend this salon!

I've been a customer at Elite Nails for over 7 years! Despite moving away approximately an hour round trip, it's worth the drive because of the people and service! The atmosphere is always clean and relaxing. I can count on the friendliest, most professional staff members you'll find in West Knoxville. It's such an enjoyable experience from the time I walk in the door until the moment I leave! I can't imagine going anywhere else!

I absolutely love this nail salon! 10/10. The shop is so big and has so many nail technicians, plus they are all so kind. They do an amazing job on my acrylic nails and give the best pedicures! I have never once had a problem and they are GREAT about getting me seated down in either a pedicure or manicure chair. My guy Van always does the most amazing job, but so does everyone else!
