Elite Nails

What a joke of a nail salon, and owners. Just went in to get a simple gel manicure, I asked for chrome, which I’ve gotten many many times before in my life and they proceeded to saying It’s not possible that I need acrylic. Nasty attitude, like they didnt want to do it which I’ve would have been okay with, but then they ask me to pay and leave tip before I even got sat on the chair. Dont waste your time here, so many other kind Vietnamese nail salons around. Mind you, not a single customer in there 🤣.

Prices are reasonable and the work is average. You get what you pay for. I came in for a fill and the lady is very quick with the drill but careless. She burned my nail bed and burned away my natural nails (see photos) The finished product is nice but ironically comes at a cost. They do not take appointments so expect to wait.

Honestly the woman owner has no personality!! Makes you feel uncomfortable like she could care less that your giving her business!! Danny does a great job. Every time I’ve gone here the salon is pretty empty which tells you something.

⭐ 1 Star Took my 14-year-old niece to this salon and it turned into a nightmare. She clearly told them she didn’t want her natural nails cut. They ignored her and cut them anyway without asking. She asked for thin, natural-looking acrylics. Instead, they gave her thick, lumpy nails that looked like they belonged on a 50 to 60-year-old woman. It was completely overdone and nothing like what she asked for. She cried the entire ride home and hasn’t stopped since. Hours of tears over something that was supposed to make her feel good. And the worst part? The person who did her nails was the owner of the salon. If the owner can’t take a simple request from a young girl seriously, they shouldn’t be doing nails at all. Not sure how I’m seeing positive reviews here but if you go to this salon you’re taking a huge risk. My mother came there for a regular polish pedicure and these pictures are 2 weeks later. She asked me to take a look at her big toe and when I took off the polish I was shocked at what I saw. I asked what happened and my mother said when she asked the lady to buff it and make it smoother the woman used an e-file and clearly filed off a huge piece of the nail all the way down. My mother is elderly and didn’t see exactly what she did but she obviously felt it and jerked and when she complained of pain the woman denied cutting her (there wasn’t any blood visible yet I guess) and said everything is fine even though my mother kept repeating something is painful and burning.
