Elite Nails

My mother has dementia and has been coming to Elite Nails for years. The staff is truly amazing. Tony did such a wonderful job on her manicure and pedicure. She was very overdue, and he was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive with her throughout the entire appointment. It meant so much to our family to see her treated with such care, dignity, and respect. We’re very grateful and highly recommend Elite Nails!

I’ve been coming here for years and have never left with a bad set. The quality of work is always amazing, and their prices are very affordable for the level of detail and care they put in. Recently I broke one nail and they repaired it for me for free, which just shows how much they care about their customers. I always leave happy and get so many compliments on my nails. Highly recommend!

WORST place I have ever got my nails gone!!! The guy rushed through and and didn’t use the proper nail polish for gel nails so everything started chipping the moment I left. He just pretended to use the gel polish to charge me extra. He never even asked me if I wanted gel he just took out the machine and put my hand in the machine…. On top of that did not remove my cuticles and all my nails are very loose and not glued on properly. They are hanging on by a thread and it’s only been 3 days since I got my nails done. Next time I will pay more to get a better service in NYC!!!

The salon is clean and the atmosphere is comfortable. I’ve been to a few salons in the Buffalo area and had horrible experiences. I am a nail technician myself, but sometimes like for someone else to do them (because I’m lazy haha) … so I am VERY picky about my nails because of this. I would also like to mention that I am Vietnamese. The first time I came here, I didn’t mention that about myself. They did not talk poorly about me or any of the clients inside the salon. They honestly really didn’t speak in our language much at all, I know that this can sometimes make clients uncomfortable when it happens, so this is why I am sharing that. Crystal serviced me both times that I came here and she was gentle and did a phenomenal job. Attached is a photo of my nails right after leaving the sal
