I had an amazing experience at Elite Nails and Spa! Taylor was my nail tech, and she did a fantastic job on both my manicure and pedicure. She was extremely professional and made sure my nails were done beautifully and with great attention to detail. She made my Valentine outings great... Everything was carefully done, neat, and polished to perfection. I also appreciated how efficient she was without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell she takes pride in her work. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend booking with Taylor!

0/5 stars I went yesterday to get a dip and tip manicure. The service was awful. My nails turned out super thick. After they finished, I came back just 20 minutes later to have them fixed, and they told me the only person who could fix them was the same guy who did them. I asked if another person could fix them and said I was willing to pay extra, but they refused. Then I went back to ask for the nails to be removed and to get my money back. At first, the owner/manager looked at my nails, clearly saw what was wrong, and said she could just file them down and clean my nails because I still had the rest of the red nail polish/dip powder. I told her I wanted them completely redone. After that, she started saying she didn’t see anything wrong with my nails and that they were perfect. I poin

Always a great experience! Staff is super friendly! Salon is clean!! Allison is fantastic! Super patient (I can never decide on color). She is also beyond accommodating. Amy is also awesome. The techs who wax are very thorough as well. Overall I highly recommend the salon.

This was my first time visiting . I went there In October and I Received a nasty fungus I’ve never received a fungus ever and my home salon is university nails. This is my first time going here because university nails was closed & I get a nasty fungus. Obviously, they’re not cleaning properly or disinfecting .
