Elite Nails-2in Kroger state bridge rd

I posted a good review yesterday when I was in this salon but I take it ALL back. John did my nails and they looked ok yesterday. Today is a different story. You can clearly see where my old nail line was he did not blend it out at ALL. And then today my pointer finger has bubbling under it! He also pressured me really bad during my pedicure to do gel which I stated MULTIPLE times I want regular polish on my toes but he just took it upon himself to start doing gel without even asking me which made me have to pay more. He honestly did an awful job. They look awful!!!!! I knew there was a reason their prices were so cheap bc they’re NOT good. I will definitely be taking my buissness elsewhere from now on. I hate to have to write this but there needs to be a change in this salon. I used to come here a lot and had good experiences but my last experience was horrible. I got a new set of acrylics done, 3 days later my nails were lifting and falling off. I went back and they fixed some of my nails. After fixing them the first time, I had to come back 3 days later because all my nails were lifting and falling off again. The person doing my nails clearly skipped steps in the process of prepping my nail for the acrylic which is why they all started falling off less than a week after getting them. I was offered a new set for free, which I deeply appreciated. Unfortunately the new set I got for free was the worst manicure I have ever received. I got my nails done here 2 times. 3 people worked on them at the same time (which forced me to stay in horrible positions for long times), and 2 of them switched places many times. 2 nails were crooked, and the gel was not uniform on the nail. The back also looked bad, it wasn't cleaned at all. I waited about 2-3 weeks to go back and many of my nails started lifting off. They fixed it and I got a fill up. The gel wasn't uniform this time either. I waited 3 weeks again, and I went back because my thumb nail started lifting off very very badly. When the nail technician took off the nails, THEY WERE GREEN-YELLOWISH!!! She did not point it out to me, instead I saw it. Tracy did my pedicure. She is very detailed and she took her time. I did not have to ask her to take care of my coins(lol) she saw them and took care of them. She also took care of my ingrown toenail and the callus under my foot. Yes my feet were a mess but Tracy got me right. Thank you Elite Nails!!! And Tracy.

I have to agree with the previous reviews, I came on a Tuesday for a gel manicure and had to return on that Friday due to the gel bubbling up on nails and gel polish peeling back! Nails were fixed for free, gel polish again beginning to bubble same day(Friday)! Two separate nail technician did nails, same problem! Either there is poor quality with products or steps are being missed on gel process! I do not recommend gel polish at this establishment, My SNS experience was great, but the nail technician who did such a great job is out on maternity leave! (Congratulations on her bundle of joy)!
