Absolutely disappointing experience. I purchased items just one day ago and was refused a return or exchange, even though everything was still unused and in original condition. A business that treats customers this way clearly does not value long-term relationships. It’s surprising that a store would prioritize a single sale over customer loyalty. Policies are important, but so is basic customer service and common sense. If this is how customers are treated, don’t expect repeat business. I would strongly suggest others think twice before shopping at this nail supply store.

Elite Nail Supply has been my go to nail supply store in Va Beach for the past 4 years! They are always expanding and adding new items that well known and experienced techs in the area use and we can all truly appreciate that! I have sent many of my students there after training to get their supplies from them! The owners are extremely helpful, caring and due their best to make you feel comfortable when shopping in their establishment! Thank you for such an amazing nail supply experience!

All I can say is AWESOME!!! From the moment I walked in John was helpful, present, and insightful to my needs! He didn't seem bothered by my questions, nor did he rush me to make a sale.
