I went one weekend and Kevin messed up my nails, so he gave me a gift certificate for me to come back the following weekend and get them fixed. The girl that did my nails today usually does a good job, but she’s extremely impatient and she huffed and puffed the entire time that she was doing them. She made a couple of mistakes and each time I mentioned them, she would huff while fixing them. She also didn’t ask me what color I wanted. She suggested a color that she had at the table we were at, so I guess she wouldn’t have to get up and go find the specific one I wanted. I was definitely determined to NOT leave with something that I didn’t like a second time, but this experience was definitely unpleasant.
