My nails turned out absolutely perfect. Workers try their best to commicate but of course I understand the language barrier can be difficult. Overall, I had a great experience and love the results! Will definitely come again.

I’ve seen this place get some negative reviews, but honestly, you get what you pay for. It’s a nail salon meant for simple, classic services, not detailed designs or anything over the top. I usually go into any nail salon with realistic expectations, and this place delivered exactly what I was looking for. Normally, I only come here for my toes because they do an exceptional job. The prices are very reasonable for the services you receive. Today I came in for a manicure and pedicure and got gel stiletto French tips on my hands, two acrylic toes, and an eyebrow wax. My total was $135 ($60 for nails, $65 for toes, and $10 for the eyebrow wax). My nail tech, Cindy, kindly took $5 off, which I really appreciated. I tipped $15, bringing my total to $145. I have been a loyal customer at this nail spa for years and always had my nails done by the owner, Emily. Unfortunately, today’s experience was the final straw and confirmed a long-standing pattern of unprofessionalism and unreliability. Earlier in the day, I called Emily to ask if it was okay to come in. She personally gave me a 5:30 PM appointment. I arrived a little after 5:00 PM and noticed she already had someone in her chair. Since I was scheduled with her specifically, I didn’t mind waiting. However, she then approached me and asked why I didn’t call her because she has a 5:30 appointment —despite the fact that I was her 5:30 appointment and had spoken to her earlier that same day. 1st. A person named Harry did my nails. Clearly they could not have been licensed. They couldn't paint my nails and I had to ask someone else to do them. I got the deluxe manicure and the steps were completely out if order. It was like they were playing at working in a salon. I wasn't happy n almost want to call someone regarding license. But I won't. Stop playing with people hard earned money!

Horrible experience I had to take a couple of days to decompress from my experience at this shop on Saturday May 27th. I had a gel pedi, removal of old acrylic extensions, and acrylic overlay on my nails with gel polish. Not only was customer non-existent, there was zero communication, the massage on the chair barely worked, there was improper hygiene practice, they used non-approved tools on my feet, the polish was watered down, they rough handled me, and I was called a racial slur. Additionally, my middle L finger was sliced with the use of the electric drill device used on me and when I was bleeding a random blue liquid and acetone was used to stop the bleeding.
