I can’t say enough good things about this nail spa! They go over and above to make sure they have happy customers. My nails were done beautifully and they are all very professional yet very friendly and welcoming. I went with my daughter and she loves her nails as well. My daughter was in a hurry to leave for work so they worked together to get her taken care of ASAP. Believe it or not, the owner of the spa took me home so that I could get my nails finished like I wanted. WHO DOES THAT?! I’m telling you, this spa definitely deserves your business. I wanted to give this new salon a fair chance, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I received a fill with a French tip on Monday was there for 2 hours for just a fill on short nails and within 24 hours the French tips were bubbling, chipping, and already looking dirty. The service took nearly 2 hours, I was cut on multiple fingers, and my cuticles were severely damaged. Days later, my fingers were still sore, red, scabbed, and painful, which is something I have never experienced from a nail service. I contacted the salon the same day and have been trying to reach someone since Monday, with multiple messages sent starting Tuesday. My messages show “seen,” but no one ever contacted me back. Amazing service by talented hands. Always provide phenomenal service and give me exactly what I want! I love coming here. The inside is very modern and beautiful. Every color you could ever imagine. Very polite staff that always offers free drinks. I will never go to another nail salon.
