My daughter had her first manicure/Pedi here and the staff was amazing. The recently reopened after a fire and everything was brand new. Fantastic service and very clean

I usually love Elite Nail Spa but the woman I got today did a horrendous job on my chrome nails. My base color was a warm brown but after they added the chrome it was completely silver - no brown coming through (see photos). When I called back and asked if they could fix them, the lady at the front told me yes and when I came back I was given the same nail tech from earlier. She consulted another tech and I told them the chrome was too thick and they looked at me and said “it’s not too thick”…great customer service lol. Anyone who’s familiar with chrome knows your base color is supposed to show through the chrome top coat. The reason I’m not giving them 1 star is bc two other techs intervened and confirmed the chrome looked bad and apologized and fixed it for me at no charge. I really appr

For these nails to be $85 is crazy! Not shaped how I wanted them, they said the length is “long” which they aren’t! These are REGULAR length nails. I used to go here because I enjoy them but I’ll never get my nails done here AGAIN. Customer service is 0/10. Absolutely horrible. The front desk act like she can’t answer a question without an attitude. Didn’t even cut my nail cuticles or nothing. Just went straight in on the worst nails I’ve ever had for my birthday. Worst salon in Memphis. Never again.

Normally I wouldn’t leave a review. I love this nail salon. I have an issue with my past 2 visits (yesterday and today) I received a pedicure and the nails smudged so easily (and no I did not wear closed toe shoes) I came back in today to get the toes fixed. The technician from yesterday tried to blame me when I asked her if she could help me find the color. The technician couldn’t find the color to match so she did the damaged toe and the polished on top of the other toes. Made them thick and lumpy. The color I didn’t love but she seemed so made to have to help me that she just didn’t care to help me. The Man at the front desk was rude about it as well. Normally I have the best service and I’m shocked by this. I hope y’all can make it right. Thank you!

$50 later, I left with this manicure and shellac.. Where can I go to get a decent manicure? My cuticles look awful.
