⭐️1 Star — Very disappointing and inconsistent experience I’ve given Elite Nails three chances because the location is convenient and I’ve been getting mani/pedis with gel for years. Unfortunately, every visit has gotten worse, and my last one will definitely be my last. First issue: the pricing is all over the place. • Visit 1: regular mani/pedi with gel on fingernails — $55 • Visit 2: same service + ONE tip — $75 • Visit 3: same service + TWO tips — $105 The manager was so rude that I didn’t even feel comfortable asking why the price changed every single time. Second issue: the quality is terrible. The first visit was okay, but on my second visit I picked “Funny Bunny” for both fingers and toes — they came out two completely different colors. I enjoy going here for my toes and nails. Today Claudia did my set and could practice more on Polish. I think if I got a gel set she would have killed it! I would go back to her just for gel. I still liked my set because she got the shape and acrylic perfectly. Other than that I still like this nail shop. Tommy the owner is welcoming as always!

Got my eyebrows waxed New Year’s Eve and they burned me. I came back Jan 2nd for a resolution. The owner didn’t seem apologetic at all and asked me “if I was sure that that didn’t happen from something else” then proceeded to only offer me a partial refund. 0/10 experience.

I had an unsatisfactory experience at ELITE NAIL SPA. I was told when I sat down I would be charged 40 for a FILL IN. After she was done she goes to the back and the woman tells her 75. How it was 75 for a FILL IN, when the original set was 55 WITH FRENCH TIP AND DESIGN I do not know. And they LOCKED THE DOOR like I was about to leave without paying.
