they were mean and gaslit me one too many times. I'd get an acrylic dip each time, and each time there'd be some glue / dip stuck under my nails which I asked them to remove, as the feeling drove me crazy. They denied there was anything there, so I had to literally dig it out from under my own nails to show them it was true. They did this on 3 separate occasions. After that, forget it. Also, I was a loyal customer for 2 years and when I tried to redeem a $10 gift coupon there, the owner wouldn't accept it and said it was out of date. Nowhere on the coupon did it have an expiration date, and really? You're not going to give a longtime customer a $10 discount when they ask you for it? How cheap. They do not treat their loyal customers well. Will never go there again. Now I go to Dragon Nail

Look at the photo how much is a gel pedicure… I’ll wait 50$ ok still already pricey but willing to pay it. Gets to the cash register 67$. Then gets mad when I’m already up charged 17$ from what the board says when I don’t want to tip. I always tip whether it’s restaurants, nail salon, anywhere I get a service done; however, if your prices aren’t accurate fix it. It’s ridiculous to surprise your customers with that much of an upcharge at the end.

Elite Nails Salon is truly a gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and a relaxing atmosphere that instantly makes you feel pampered. The staff is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about giving you the perfect experience. My nails came out absolutely stunning. Between the shape, the color, and the precision were all flawless.

I went for the first time for a fill and gel polish and in less than a week several nails the polish was just peeling off. I called and went back and she redid them at no charge and told me my nail was too smooth and that’s why it was just peeling off. She did my fill so if it’s too smooth it’s because she did that. Less than a week after her repolishing my nails here we are again with them peeling. I wanted to love this place but I won’t be back
