I met Tracy for the first time a few months ago. I came in asking for her help to correct a really bad cut I had just received from another salon. Tracy did a good job correcting all the errors my former stylist made. So, I made an appointment to see her again. Today, I saw Tracy and had a full service shampoo/cut/style. She did an excellent job! Tracy really understands how to cut and style curly hair! Trust me - not every stylist is gifted with the knowledge of how to handle thick Latina curls! The salon is super-clean and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Looking forward to seeing Tracy again for my next appointment! Highly recommend!

I had an appointment with Tina this morning for a haircut and asked for layers. I showed a picture of the type of layers I liked and she told me how she would do it. During the appointment Tina was negative and yelled at my hair if it wasn’t “cooperating”. She was also talking poorly about other coworkers in front of me to another coworker. Everything seemed fine with my hair when done (didn’t have it styled) so by the time I got home and it had dried, it was just not at all the picture I had asked for. I wanted layers in the front like face framing and she added layers to the back of my head. I went to another stylist who fixed everything and I had called Tina back to see if I could get at least a partial refund and she had told me “what’s done is done.” and proceeded to hang up on me. ne

Rafael has been doing my hair for more than 30 years. I have tried other hairdressers in town, but no one has done my hair like Rafael! His haircuts and color ability is the best! I highly recommend Rafael and Elite Salon!

Went to see Raphel on Saturday for a haircut and dye. He did an amazing job as usual. Raphel and salons owner Ashley are so good they listen and do exactly what I ask for. Ashley did an updo for me for a wedding a few years ago and she did an amazing job also. Been going to this salon for about 7 years and I highly recommend them.
