Elite Cuts Barber Shop

My husband recently went in for a haircut and had a very disappointing experience. From the start, the barber was rude to him and made him feel uncomfortable—specifically mocking or being dismissive about his accent, which is completely unacceptable. To make things worse, the barber rescheduled his appointment without even asking or informing him ahead of time, as if my husband’s time didn’t matter. That already showed a lack of respect and professionalism. When the haircut was finally done, the barber didn’t even bother to clean him up. He left a ton of hair all over his neck and shirt, which was messy and uncomfortable for the rest of the day. Brought my son in for a fade based on great reviews and seeing the pictures on their website. I'll start with the pros: 1. The men I saw leave while waiting had awesome fades and lineups when they left. 2. The vibe was great. They made my son feel very comfortable, talking to him and making him feel important. That was awesome. He loved that! :) Now, we had discussed leaving the top of his hair the length it was and just fading the sides so he could style the top to the side. Totally fine! Though, when we got home and we combed his hair down, we noticed there was a chunk that had been hit with the trimmers in the bang area. I ended up having to cut the top a bit shorter to make it look even for picture day this week. Also, his neck was pretty cut up and red in the back on one side. The tr

First time getting chopped up here. They did a pretty good job. My Fade Tech asked a lot of questions about how I wanted it. Not used to that, but I guess it's part of getting to know your client.
