I wanted a perm SO bad. I was super excited and felt reassured I was in great hands! My hair was healthy and soft when I arrived. Shorty after going back to the chair I immediately seen my hair was over processed and was like ramen noodles. I am not exaggerating. I have worked so hard for years to grow out my hair. It’s completely fried and I have no curls. I am shocked she still had me pay considering my hair turned out SO bad. I can’t stop crying and all my confidence has gone out the window. It’s now falling out quite a bit. I just can’t.. I left a $20 tip because she did spend her time. However I still can’t believe this is my hair now and I paid for it. I want to add pictures but I’m not seeing how. Update- It has been a week and my hair is still falling out. I can’t style it becaus
