Most uncomfortable shopping experience I’ve ever had here. I’ve been shopping at this beauty supply store for about three years. On my most recent visit, I was looking at wigs and a staff member helped me. I tried on two wigs. I didn’t like either of them and, given the two-wig try on limit, put them back on the shelf & continued to shop other aisles of the store. A few minutes later, the same young lady came up to me and asked whether I had returned the first wig. I told her yes. She walked me back to the wig section, insisted I hadn’t put it back, and continued to say it wasn’t the right wig (even when I showed her the exact one). It wasn’t until she actually looked at the wig’s tag that she finally accepted it was the same wig. At that point, I asked if she wanted me to show her the se

First off let me say I frequent this beauty supply store for years. Today I brought an item for $4.99 I came back to ask if they would let me switch it out because I picked the wrong item.. they said no because I opened it.. granted that’s understandable although I didn’t use it & everything on there shelf in this section looked the same as far as if it was opened or not but that’s completely fine it’s only $4.99 I can just get another so I go to the aisle and I notice they have somebody following me . We made eye contact so he proceeds to come and ask “ did u find what u needed?” Only because he wanted to make it seem like he wasn’t racially profiling me and basically preparing for me to steal . I politely left and this store will never see me again. All over $4.99 … DONT SHOP HERE they

Poor customer service to say the least. Good products mean nothing if you can’t sell them- I personally had the pleasure of working with the owner who displayed the perfect example of what his staff exhibits - rude, unprofessional, nasty and uncompromising. As a new customer who spent over $250 and returned to the store within an hour of realizing I was sold the wrong product I was told to read the product next time. Although the situation could have been rectified with a simple exchange the owner (foreign man, late 40s, bald, I believe his name is Eric) belittled, disrespected, laughed while using inappropriate language with two women. Very uncomfortable as a woman in a shop for women… If this is the leadership I expect nothing more from the staff.

I’m so impressed with the quality of these hair bundles! The texture is silky smooth, there’s minimal shedding, and the bundles are full from top to bottom. They held up beautifully after washing and styling, and the natural look and feel exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be purchasing again. I highly recommend!
