Booked an 2pm haircut appointment when I walked I still had to wait over 20 mins. when I was getting my haircut the barber kept on paying more attention to the tv. When the cut was finished it was not the cut had wanted so I told the barber.. instead of having good customer service and integrity the barber decides to argue with me. very unprofessional establishment

This is one of the best barber shops I’ve ever visited. It’s more than just a barber shop—you can also enjoy services like facials and teeth whitening. Five stars truly doesn’t do it justice!

So I went into the place at 1:30 where I already callled them to arrange me a barber. Mind u this my first time coming here to just try out if there good. I go in there the barber is already cutting another guy so I had to wait half a hour. And when I got to the chair he didn’t even know what to do. Guy looked lost. And he couldn’t even cut my hair because he is a beginner. WHY are u in barber shop. They don’t even got barbers. So the other guy told me come at 3 and it was already 2. So I go back and call them can u arrange it at 4 because I got some to do so they said alright. U go there, it’s no barbers available so they said no barbers available I don’t know what to do for ya. This is probably the most confusing barber shop. And they expect me to pay 50$ for a haircut most are 35. Not a

I asked for a fade and line up and it was very poorly done. I have welts on my face from how heavy handed the line up was, and the fade is patchy, uneven and barely blended, amongst other issues I'm unhappy with. Not to mention it took almost an hour to do it. It all really makes the $45 cost even more difficult to swallow. You get only one chance to make a good first impression at a barbershop. 2-stars because he was kind and did try, but I definitely don't see myself returning.
