I chose to come here after doing a lot of research in the salons in this area and Redlands based on reading their reviews. Eli did my consultation and we discussed how the changes would work out several days in advance. She was able to get my natural almost-black hair color to ashy blonde in 2.5 hours - including the lift, toning, cutting, and styling it. As for the bleaching, I did not lose any hair strands because she used Olaplex to protect it. She and the other girls are very good at time management and customer service. They’re all warm and friendly and knowledgeable! They worked together to manage their clientele while there. It’s easy to tell why they have many returning customers and now my husband and I will be one too!

Great service! It was my sons first haircut experience, he loved how it came out. Very friendly environment for the kids & adults. Definitely going again for his next one ! 💇🏻‍♂️

Either the hairdresser is new or needs to go back to school. Botched job, nothing what I asked her to do. NOT recommended at all. I went there because of the reviews. Now I'm wondering if they're even real???? $30 for a 20 minute haircut that I now have to pay someone else to somewhat fix or wait until my hair grows out. Very disappointed 😕

They messed up my hair and cut it really short. Lady was rude not professional at all. Also messed up my sister's hair. Don't go.
