Don’t book with Cadence. Before college started, I had beautiful blonde hair and had MANY wonderful sessions with Cadence. She did such a good job for so long. Our last appointment in August resulted in my hair being completely ruined. I sat in her chair and said I wanted to be as bright blonde as possible. This session she decided she wanted to do something different WITHOUT speaking to me about it. Proceeded to try to do a root tap with a brown toner on freshly bleached roots (completely not sure why she thought this was a good idea because I wanted platinum hair and she was very aware of this) and the toner pulled completely ginger. I have naturally DARK hair so this was awful because when my roots came in, if I kept this look it would have looked like Neapolitan ice cream. She tried to

I love Elida Marie! Aimee does an amazing job with my hair each and every time. As I am getting older, my hair texture has been changing. Aimee is quick to offer suggestions on what I can do at home to help with any issues I’m having. I love walking into Elida Marie and being greeted by everyone that works there. I was a regular massage client, going in every 2 weeks and paying $70 for every appointment. I had a migraine for 3 days straight and missed an appointment and I got charged for it. It is in the “terms and conditions” that I agreed to. No one called to see if I was ok. Not that I would expect that from the owner. Oh well. I was a regular and was going to continue going 2x a mth but I guess her little $70 is worth losing a repeat client. Raven is amazing though. Management, not so much.

I had a hot rocks massage today with Raven and I just wanted to say how relaxing and enjoyable it was. She addressed the areas that are giving me trouble and I left there feeling completely relaxed. I will definitely be booking again.
