I've been going to this store for over 12 years. I always have a positive experience. Their workers are friendly, professional, and their always able to lend a hand on helping you find what you need in the store. I recently purchased some braiding hair and Kareem had assisted me. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to help me in the store. I was looking for an excellent braiding gel because the one I normally used was sold out. He had recommended the All day locks braiding gel which has been the best braiding gel I have ever used. And now it's the only gel I use for the perfect look. I always have a great experience at this beauty supply store. The customer service is genuinely top-tier. The team is friendly, helpful, and actually takes the time to make sure you find what you need. On top of that, they are hilarious. They have me laughing so much, which honestly makes shopping there even better. 😄 I recommend doing a quick price check while you’re shopping. I’ve found some items cheaper at Walmart or Amazon, and I’ve also found items here that were actually less expensive than both. This place is literally the best hair supply store in Tampa. They have a wide array of products and the most incredible customer service I have seen yet! They always want to make sure you have exactly what you’re looking for & if they have to order it they will. My last experience there, Kareem came all the way out to my car as I was about to pull off to make sure I had enough product based on our conversation in the store and thankfully I came back inside and he got me together. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!!!

Staff is friendly. Recently the old owner sold the store and now there's a new owner. He's nice but just like with the old owners I have issues with the length of the closures... They are always off by at least 3 in... And that is not going to work being that you're being charged for the length. I'm not asking for extra. I'm just saying give the clients what they're paying for. I spend a lot of money here over the years and it's consistently the same issues with the closure as to where I have to bring in a measuring tape. Failed to bring one in today and lo and behold the closure length was well off. He allowed me to exchange it but didn't seem super happy about it even though he was smiling. I was told to make sure to bring my measuring tape next time to avoid the conflict. But truth is y
