Martha is very clear with her services and pricing. She also is intuitive. If you want more or need less pressure, tell her and she will adjust. All around great experiences. I have seen her for 6+ months now.

Martha is absolutely amazing I highly recommend her. She listens to what’s wrong and is very skilled. I go and see her every 2 weeks or so for a deep tissue massage. I have also gotten the foot detox. Highly recommend both. The environment is very relaxing and soothing. I have always felt great after and have never had any issues. If you need a massage this is definitely the place to go!

I recently moved to Oswego from NYC and searching for a good massage spot. Luckily, someone recommended Elevation Massage and Spa and I had to try. I was most pleased with my massage therapist. I’ve been back many times this year and even treated my husband to a deep tissue massage treatment. The masseuse is very attentive is very well trained. She will massage the areas that you ask her to and the warm sheets and hot towels are the best . This place is my ‘go to’ from here on.

Elevations massage is such a great place to go and relax with no other clients sitting around waiting because it's timed out perfectly. If my back is in knots and I call in between visits I get right in as soon as possible. Martha in my opinion, is the best at what she does and she knows her stuff! She's helped me so many times.
