Warm and welcoming establishment, more importantly comfortable and clean. I had an appointment with Sarah for a haircut, shampoo and deep conditioning treatment. Sarah was very sweet and understanding, she made sure to clarify exactly what I wanted done specific to my type of hair. I asked for a healthy trim to get rid of all the dead ends, light layering and some framing around my face. The conditioning treatment took about 10 mins. She made sure she wasn't cutting too much off ans that I was happy before going ahead with it. After drying and styling I was asked if there was anything else I wanted and I had her do a little more deep framing around my face. Conversation was pleasant like I was hanging out with a friend. The whole appointment took about an hour and a half. I love the outcom

Jess at Elevations Hair Lounge is an incredible stylist!! I’ve been going to her for about a year now (previously at a different location). I always leave feeling fresh, fabulous and well-pampered! Highly recommend her for color & cuts. She also does awesome “fairy hair” extensions in my daughters’ hair, which puts a huge smile on their faces. Elevations itself is a beautiful salon: relaxing, clean and a fun environment. Highly recommended!

Jess did an amazing job with my cut, she talked me through everything to ensure that I was happy with it. She did a great job with curling my hair and getting them to stay! She explained the damage my old shampoo was causing me- but she wasn't selling me any products purely educational. I highly recommend her. The salon has a really nice comfortable vibe to it as well very neat and clean.

I’m always nervous to go somewhere new. I saw Jaymie for a haircut yesterday and she made me feel comfortable and right at home! She brought life back to my hair and I feel so much better! She took time with my hair and I never felt rushed. The salon is so cute. Thank you Jaymie! Can’t wait to come back.
