Elevated Somatics

Gabriel is not only one of my teachers with Essential Somatics he is the Clinical Somatic practitioner I see. Gabriel has helped me with significant hip and leg tension/pain. I wasn't able to sit comfortably on the floor for a decade. I saw Gabriel and went straight from him to my Essential Somatics training. I sat on the ground for 4 days in training and had zero discomfort. Gabriel is very knowledgeable and successful in supporting clients to move more freely.

Dr. Posner is very talented. Twice, I’ve suffered a chronic injury and twice the injuries healed after a single session with Dr. Posner and performing the recommended home exercises. The most recent was a persistent case of plantar fasciitis that had me out of my running shoes for five weeks. It cleared up the morning after our first session! Truly, incredible.

I have been through a few sessions with Gabriel and am thrilled with the progress we have made together! I have had low back and neck pain that I had just resolved myself to living with. Gabriel has taught me such valuable things to heal myself. Amazing! He has a gift, and his very calm demeanor is nice to work with.

Gabe is incredibly knowledgeable about somatic exercise to help his clients quiet and balance the physical body. It's a combination of stretching, and some body work that is different from the usual massage therapy. Difficult to explain, but worth it to try and see if it helps you and your body to feel better. You will learn how to pandiculate.
