Arielle is an amazing practitioner and by far the best therapist I’ve encountered since I started increasing my self care. I am a very seasoned (old) triathlete and have learned the key to my success on a course is not just the training regime but also recovery. If you are training, recovering or just need a “me moment”, I highly recommend Arielle. She is totally AWESOME!
