I was very happy with my first appointment Great service. Very friendly. The next appointment was a major disappointment. When making the appointment on the phone, I had asked about highlights but was told there would not be enough time then suggested maybe time for low lights. When I arrived I was told there would not be enough time for low lights either. No problem, just a touch up and trim was fine. At the end, the person taking my payment verbally confirmed with the girl who did my hair that I had a touch up, cut, and blow out for $149. However, my card was charged $202. When I called for clarification, I was told everyone there saw that I had foils which was not true. I usually take a photo for my IG account but that evening, unfortunately, I did not. There was no more discussion

They are literally the best! I followed Marielle to this salon and I love everyone that works there, they are always so nice and welcoming And they give you realistic options And let you know what will actually work or not work with your hair.

I have been coming to this salon for almost 4 years and I love it. Jess and Lisa are fantastic! All the ladies who work at Elevate are wonderful and do great work. I have had my hair either cut, colored or glazed by all of them and I have never left disappointed. Highly recommend!
