Well let me start off by saying that a client suggested that I try out this hair salon. I called and made my appointment and specifically asked the lady who took my call to please give me a date that wasn’t too packed because I only wanted my ends cut, no blow drying, no washing my hair since I like washing it myself, and no styling, which means, the stylist would only have to spend with me 10 to 15 minutes at most and I needed to be in and out the door, which at the moment she said ok. I walk in the door, let one stylist know I have a 4:00 appointment. I was asked what service I wanted, so I said only ends cut. She then tells me to have a sit. They heat damaged my curls to the point where my bangs are now stuck straight. I have never had this issue before and am in shock as to how this could happen due to the fact that they used heat protectant. I’ve tried a deep conditioner and even gel but my curly bangs aren’t coming back. I love this salon but I’m worried about going back now. Giving three stars because normally they do amazing I’m just in shock at this accident.

Today I went to Elena Studio, because my blonde hair had turned yellow and I couldn't fix, Elena took without and appointment and treated me like family, she took her time and made my hair beautiful, also her price much less than I expected! Color, Roller set blower, flat iron, and special conditioner. I will definitely will continue going to her, she also made coffee, and gave some food that her mom cooked.
