A great and friendly local business owned and managed by a hardworking woman. It is not easy to find hair stylists who do the job right and do not over charge for their services. I have gone to Elena for over 10 years and refuse to let anyone else cut/style my hair. Elena has perfected techniques/styles for thick and difficult hair. A lot of people writing negative reviews fail to see the value of her handling her business and hair the way that she does.

I got a treatment in my hair that cost me more than $150 and it did nothing for my hair. She even told me that if I wanted it fixed, I would have to pay her more money. She was also quite rude and rough when it came to doing my hair.

DO NOT GO HERE. Es una grosera que trata mal a sus clientes. Listen to those negative reviews and don’t waste your time here, she is rude at her customers and gets frustrated on them for not having enough help, gives you attitude from the start. Bad customer service and doesn’t even do a good job.

It was okay - it could have been more professional, but the results were achieved. The owner had her 10 yo daughter as an assistant - washing hair, etc. If it works for them....
