Elements Spa

Went in last night for a hair appt and had a great experience. My appt was with Lisa and she did an amazing job. She understood what I was looking for in a hair stye and I appreciate that she took her time with it. Also, the spa is very clean and welcoming and Jen at the front desk was super nice! 10/10 recommend.

Our first time here and the experience, service, ambiance and staff was fantastic! Highly recommend. We were a party of 4 for a birthday gathering and the appt set up by phone, reminders and day off was super great. We also had access to the pool area and then had a lovely lunch. The indoor property access was really nice. Spent about 4 hours there and cannot wait to return back. Michele at the SPA desk was so wonderful she even took our picture.

Very seldom do I leave a bad review, but it feels very necessary. Elements Spa is the Spirit Airlines of spas. This is a place that pretends to be a luxury spa and charges for it, yet offers nothing that makes it worth the price. The only amenities this outdated spa offered to us were a toilet and a locker that couldn’t even fit our shoes and coat in it. Oh, and some generic black tea and granola that they packaged up in plastic bags. The people that work there are rude and belittling and the massage service includes nothing but the service itself. Everything is an “add-on”. The experience was truly frustrating and disappointing to say the very least. The chances of me ever going back are zero. If the massage itself hadn’t been halfway decent, I would’ve given it zero stars. The lady that

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The absolute best front desk experience! Michele at the front desk is truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, kind, and incredibly understanding. Her professionalism is unmatched—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and handled with such grace and patience. It’s rare to meet someone who is not only amazing at their job but also has such a genuinely kind nature. Michele made my entire experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. She is truly the best, and I can’t thank her enough for her outstanding service. Highly recommend!

The spa atmosphere was beautiful along with the amenities.the massage itself was very average. I came with my best friend and her massage was cut short. Also the foot scrub we both added Was very basic felt like I got more from going to a local spot in my town for half the price and some of the scrub was left on my best friends legs after service . It was nice to enjoy all the Amenities, but I would probably stick to something more basic next time like a manicure or a pedicure.
