Elements Salon & Studio

This is a very nice and clean salon. Very bright and welcoming. They have some amazing plants and a nice water feature! We go to see Shivonne. She does a fantastic job for men and women! She is awesome and does really great work. My wife and I have been going to see her for the last couple of years. Everyone there is very friendly. There are at least 20 other stylists that have a location within that they rent. The place is comfortable and clean, with modern touches and huge plants. They have some boutique items for sale. This is not a walk in welcome place it is by appointment only.

Walked out like this, and got ignored from Cara when I asked her to fix it. Called the store manager and said Dan said he was just the “landlord” and can’t do anything about it so I feel scammed. Not a good experience. UPDATE. Cut is completely lobsided and uneven. Growing out looks even worse.

My stylist is Dilya Harpster! She does my hair better than anyone I've ever gone to previously. I would highly recommend and I do highly recommend as I'm always getting compliments on my hair people are always asking me where do you get your hair done. You won't be disappointed

If i could give a 0 star review i would have. I have been coming to Elements for a little over a year in a half now and have had good experiences until now. I have a service dog that comes with me to my appointments and no complaints. Until my last appointment. I have a service dog in training and first step to his training is desensitizing to sounds and different movements. That means taking out to public and get the feeling of different situations. Dan came into my appointment and told me I can’t have him in with me. I told him he was in training and was about to kindly give him the training documentations allowing me to bring the service in training with me but he rudely interrupted and said just do not bring him again. My wife of 25 yrs has been getting her hair cut and colored by Betsy for over 15 years. The first time I picked her up I was hooked. I told my wife she should use this talented stylist for life. And she does. We both love her. Highly Highly Highly recommend her.
