I was not pleased with my highlights, so I asked for a refund. They looked grown out the day I walked out of the salon, so I told the owner. She did offer to redo the service, but my hair was already beyond fixable. The owner has since ghosted me. I am now so embarrassed of my hair.
I don’t get my haircut very often and was in town to run a few errands. I stopped in to see if they did walk-ins and the ladies were so kind to get me in for a quick haircut! Cannot thank them enough!!
These gals are the best! You get the best massage, hair-do's, nails, etc. you name it, they can do it! They are so sweet and friendly and make you feel like family♥!
I have been a client of Becca's and the rest of her stylists for over 10 years! They are amazing stylists and truly caring people!!
Great customer service & relaxing atmosphere! I always leave happy!
