I’ve been coming here for over a year now and consistently have such a great experience every single time. The space is always clean, welcoming, and relaxing from the moment you walk in. Robin is absolutely amazing — she really takes the time to listen to what your body needs and tailors each session accordingly. Whether I’m coming in with tension from work or just need to unwind, she always knows exactly how to target problem areas while still making the massage feel calming and restorative. I always leave feeling refreshed, looser, and so much better than when I walked in. Highly recommend this place, and if you can, definitely book with Robin!

Absolutely such a relaxing experience in an amazing atmosphere! I would recommend element to anyone I used to go years ago and then had a period of my life where I couldn't and when I came back I was treated with the same amazing and genuine care! I even was able to get the same masseuse I used to use. That way I didn't have to worry about the awkward first time vibes! They totally helped with neck pain I was having, asked what I needed and catered to my needs!

My experience with the online booking process, help at the front desk and most importantly with my masseuse - Kristina S were all excellent. I will 100% book another appointment with Kristina when I am in town again. She really made an effort to listen to my needs and make adjustments when needed.
