Elements Massage - Saugus

I really wanted to love my experience here because everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind and welcoming. The front desk staff was friendly. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment, but I wasn’t brought back to the room until roughly 10 minutes after my scheduled start time. The massage itself didn’t begin until about 10–15 minutes past the hour. The session did still end at the originally scheduled time. Unfortunately, this was the worst massage I’ve ever had. While the therapist was very nice, the quality of the massage did not meet expectations. I specifically requested firm/deep pressure to work out knots and mentioned this multiple times during the session, but the pressure remained relatively light throughout. Her technique is incredible with the perfect balance of pressure and relaxation. She really focuses on problem areas without ever making it uncomfortable, and you can tell she’s knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received. I canceled my membership last month and was told I only needed to complete one final session to be all set. My appointment was scheduled for March 28th, yet I was charged today for another service . When I contacted customer service, my concerns were not properly acknowledged. I was told it takes 30 days to process a cancellation, which was never explained when I canceled in person. To make matters worse, the receptionist ended the call abruptly. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

Ibrahim is an excellent masseur, and he knows exactly where the knots in my back are, and how to work on them. They used to get so bad that it could interfere with my sleep, but ever since I started getting regular massages, that problem is gone!

Alyse was incredible! She was so gentle and really cared for my skin in the best ways!!! Sasha at the desk was so sweet and welcoming the moment I walked in! Highly recommend!!
