Elements Massage Salem

I have been going to Elements in Westford/Acton for massage for quite a few years with excellent experience. I recently moved to Salem, NH and I have been to this location 3 or 4 times. Although these visits were good, my visit yesterday prompted me to review. I cannot say enough about Nicole K. I had shoulder surgery in September and needed to relieve stiffness, tension and create movement to avoid scar tissue. Nicole was gentle but very effective in getting to the locations I needed to be able to work on recovery. I cannot wait to see her again and I look forward to my recovery with her help. Thank you Nicole!!!

Came in for the first time yesterday, and it was amazing! I had Ashley T for a massage with cupping and left there feeling as if I was walking on a cloud! She located all my problem areas and worked through those, also sending me home with better knowledge on what stretches may help my situation! Will definitely be rebooking. Nice studio, convenient location. :)

I have come here for years and over the years they have had some great masseuses. One of my last trips here I had a masseuse that talked the entire time and barely gave me a massage. Today I asked for a number three pressure and received a light massage. The masseuse came in the room and I mentioned upper body only and she stated she will start with my back. She ended up never turning me over and not doing anything other than one spot on my back. She basically ran her fingertips across my back for 45 minutes. I have come here in the past and have had great experiences however I’m not willing to play with $130 Hoping I get a good masseuse.

Always helpful, compassionate and friendly!l Plenty of variety of masseuse talent to pick from depending on your pressure tolerance! I always feel better than when I arrived, when leaving, TY!

Everybody in the office is always friendly, helpful, and professional. Appointments are easy to book and the email notices re openings is are very helpful. Stephanie always gives me a great massage and is focused on my needs. She is professional and friendly and it’s obvious she cares about her clients. I recommend Elements and Stephanie to anyone looking for a great massage.
