I LOVED my facial. It's actually the best facial I've gotten in the tricities given how relaxed I was and how happy my skin was when I left. Who would've thought, right 🤷I have incredibly reactive and sensitive skin so I was super hesitant to book a facial, but I had massage credits that I needed to spend (cause the massage therapists I like always leave 😭so I had a bunch of credits piling up) and the front desk person talked me into a facial. So so so glad that she did! My skin looked and felt amazingly soft, hydrated and calm when I left. Just fyi I'm super pale, mid 40s woman, dry skin, getting those forehead and around the eye wrinkles, and get hormonal acne under my jawline. Jorden is a wonderful massage therapist! I suggest the front desk email or print receipts after each visit by default. I spent some time deciphering my charges and balance after one and half years of service because I had no record of them until I made a special request.

It was ok. After I booked the appointment online I got an average of three texts a day reminding me of my appointment along with a phone call and a voice mail. It was a bit to much for me. The moment you walk in they try to sell you their membership and upgrades, I politely declined but they tried to shame me into it. Saying things like “oh your like the only one I’ve had to charge full price to” and “ it’s been such a long time since I’ve charged full price, you know you could save so much money if you just signed up”. The massage was nothing to write home about. I left feeling no tension relief or relaxed. I might be the problem in that because I’m so tight and stressed.
